GRILLED SALMON WITH A CHILL CRUST
3 tsp. crushed dried red chillies
3 tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted)
1 handfull parsely (chopped)
4 salmon fillets
1 egg white, lightly beaten
salt and pepper
*mix the crushed chillies, sesame seeds, parsely and salt & pepper on a plate
*dip the salmon fillets into the egg white, then press them into the chilli mixture to coat evenly.
*heat pan over medium heat
*add the salmon fillets to the pan and cook for 4mins on each side, turn them carefully with a spatula to keep the crust on the fish.
(i shit u not…you won’t ever wanna take a dump after eating this. it goes exceptionally well with mitsuba mash)
